School Syndicates

The school management bodies – called ‘School Syndicate’, independently manage the school affairs, in accordance with the policy guidelines provided by Taaleem Foundation’s Board of Directors.

This is a unique model of public-private partnership, where the administrative head of the District Government / Deputy Commissioner is ex-officio chairman of the respective school. The syndicate is membered by DEO (females), a lady medical officer of the district, Principal of the school, a senior teacher from the school and two representatives of parents’ body.
