Taaleem Foundation is registered in Quetta, Balochistan under Societies Act XXI of 1860 vide Registration number 656; dated on 6th January 1993.

Taaleem Foundation has also been registered in the federal capital of Islamabad under Societies Registration Act of XXI of 1860 vide registration number RS/ICT/681 of 2010; dated 29th June 2010.
